Inspired by how tree rings measure growth, Mile 10 etches users sobriety progress into a set of Milestone Discs.
Concrete on the 1 year and 6 month milestones makes it physically tougher to engrave, as it's expected there to be thousands of disc rotations over a long time period. The toughness of the material also represents the resilience of the user.

When you feel a craving, spin the disc.
Mile 10 permanently, physically etches users' sobriety progress into a Disc as they spin it when they have a craving. Each scratch becomes tangible evidence of the strength given when resisting the urge to smoke. The disc is earned once a sobriety milestone is reached, and users can preserve it as a celebration of their growth and reminder of their resilience.
As you spin it, the nib etches a ring. Each scratch is evidence of the visible strength you gave when resisting the urge to smoke.
